Recruit diverse and talented candidates
Evaluate and explore intern/trainees/apprentices/VIE/graduate program pipeline
Proactively source candidates using different tools

Provide local HR and manager with staffing options: internal candidates or external sourcing
Ensure application reviews on Opteam
Interview, select and present short list of candidates
Integrate DE&I strategy into TA tools, processes and methodologies in order to ensure TA is playing a pro-active role in driving forward PO's Diversity agenda
Keep the TA dashboard updated
Participate in continuous improvement of TA model

Competencies & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related business field preferredMinimum of 3 years' experience as Talent Acquisition SpecialistExpertise in sourcing, interviews, and candidate assessment with a focus on positive candidate experienceResults orientedProven negotiation skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsOpen to a multicultural/intercultural environmentTeam-orientedVery good command of the English languageAbility to travel as required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related business field preferred
Minimum of 3 years' experience as Talent Acquisition Specialist
Expertise in sourcing, interviews, and candidate assessment with a focus on positive candidate experience
Results oriented
Proven negotiation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Very good command of the English language
Ability to travel as required
