We are looking for a talented CRM Manager who will drive our lead management and data strategy. Our CRM Manager will ensure database growth and optimize our data quality using our CRM Platform Hubspot. We are in a transforming market so things change quickly, and you should be ready to move at the same pace. The role requires superior project management and organization skills, as well as deep database management expertise.
Key responsibilities:

Data Management and Activation
Manage marketing database health, accuracy, and synchronization with other databasesRegularly update and clean customers’ data to ensure accuracy and completenessPlanning and control implementation of data acquisition through all touch points.Establish legally compliant processes, including the definition of internal guidelines and benchmarks for CRM & 1st-party data acquisition.Implement and lead automated campaigns and workflows in Hubspot.Manage data activation through lead acquisition campaign including email personalization and segmentation.

Create a Lead Management Strategy through our client journey (communication, landing pages, retention, etc.) including client scoring and reactivation.External Database integration from partnership or advertising campaigns.Manage chat experience with our tools (bots) and agencies.

3 – Advertising
Lead the advertising strategy for client acquisition and brand promotion.Create messages and visuals to ensure campaign performance through all touchpoints.Negotiate, plan, and book paid campaigns.

The CRM Manager will also lead the coordination of the CRM agency as well as internal and external partners (u.a. IT, Data, Legal) and create reporting dashboards on key CRM metrics, such as customer retention, acquisition, and satisfaction.
The CRM Manager will report to the Digital Marketing Director, Corporate Marketing for the time being.
