About the role

As Technology Trainer, you will be responsible for providing professional, high-level technology training to both lawyers and professional staff, and will work with both local and global teams to plan, design and support training services to the Paris office. Other key responsibilities include:

Providing assistance and training to end users for firm-approved applications in a variety of methods including classroom learning, webinars, remote sessions, one-to-one requests, etc.Identifying training needs and ensuring requests from individuals are offered the correct resources;Preparing training materials including handouts, follow-up notes, written documentation;Coordinating and scheduling training sessions, including booking relevant spaces, ensuring audio/visual mediums are prepared, confirming and recording attendance;Working with the Global Technology Training team to ensure a consistent level of training is being delivered firmwide, and assisting with software upgrades, implementations and wider projects

Experience of training and/or teaching, ideally software+Knowledge and proficiency in a wide variety of software programs, including Windows 10 and Microsoft Office (latest versions), document management systems, timekeeping software, and communications technologiesExperience of working within a law firm, or wide professional services environmentsFluent language skills (English and French, essential. Spanish and/or Italian, highly desired)

Experience of training and/or teaching, ideally software+

Knowledge and proficiency in a wide variety of software programs, including Windows 10 and Microsoft Office (latest versions), document management systems, timekeeping software, and communications technologies

Experience of working within a law firm, or wide professional services environments

Fluent language skills (English and French, essential. Spanish and/or Italian, highly desired)
