Your future position?

As a Product Manager in Vernier or Argenteuil, you will manage the development and management of the Forecasting Planning to Scheduling digital products. You will manage teams to deliver high-quality products that meet the needs of your Planning functional partners while maintaining a close relationship with them (including existing and potential users).

You will report to the Head of IT Operations Digital Solution.

Primary Responsibilities

Lead & communicate the definition of the Planning product strategy with the right Business & IM&T stakeholdersManage, Refine, and prioritize the product backlog and define main metrics (OKRs).Oversee product releases; adoption & measure / improve outcome realization.Ensure agreement of the team execution with the product strategyCoach digital product teamPromote Communication & Change management practices for the product.

Product Management

Define and Lead the Planning of product vision, roadmap & product backlog.Guide the team through the product discovery process to execution & delivery, aligned with the product vision and strategy.Prioritize & make decisions regarding digital product capabilities, including features & technology upgrades.Collaborate with the team and delivers needs/impacts from other product projects.Ensure staffing of the product team, cross-product teams, functional partners & vendor partners.Encourage / Develop an outcome-centric mindset, to measure success and progress while promoting & ensuring maximum adoption of the product.Ensure the product Planning is built observing architecture standards & information security, GDPR, and other policies.

Your professional background includes:

Bachelor's degree in computer engineering and business school or equivalent10 + years working in an IT environment5+ years as a Product ManagerExperience in Agile and DevOps.Exposure to User Experience approaches & design thinking2+ years of experience managing team dynamics, building team relationships, mentoring team members, and delivering feedbackProduct engineering and managementExposure and understanding of existing and new technologies, and processing environmentsExperience with creative approaches and methodologies (Continuous Discovery, Design Thinking, Design Sprints, and UX design)Partner & portfolio management skillsFluent in English. Additional language

10 + years working in an IT environment

5+ years as a Product Manager

Experience in Agile and DevOps.

Exposure to User Experience approaches & design thinking

2+ years of experience managing team dynamics, building team relationships, mentoring team members, and delivering feedback

Product engineering and management

Exposure and understanding of existing and new technologies, and processing environments

Experience with creative approaches and methodologies (Continuous Discovery, Design Thinking, Design Sprints, and UX design)

Partner & portfolio management skills

Fluent in English. Additional language
