OVERVIEW:

Skillsoft is seeking an experienced professional sales leader in France with a history of managing and motivating a sales team to grow top-line revenue and over performance in quota attainment. This individual will manage an account management team based in France who are focused on growth and acquisition.

Lead, develop and motivate a high-performance sales team to:

Leverage prospecting skills to identify, qualify and close new business

Develop, maintain and grow an ongoing four quarter sales pipeline funnel at qualified 5X ratioDeliver high impact customer presentations that articulates the company's value propositionClose sales in complex, long sell cycle situationsDevelop a thorough understanding of the Skillsoft consultative and solution selling process as well as developing ways to optimize transactional sales cyclesSuccessfully develop and implement a sales strategy to drive top-line revenue growth encompassing all elements of the company's offerings as appropriate

Develop, maintain and grow an ongoing four quarter sales pipeline funnel at qualified 5X ratio

Deliver high impact customer presentations that articulates the company's value proposition

Close sales in complex, long sell cycle situations

Develop a thorough understanding of the Skillsoft consultative and solution selling process as well as developing ways to optimize transactional sales cycles

Successfully develop and implement a sales strategy to drive top-line revenue growth encompassing all elements of the company's offerings as appropriate

Operates as a strategic partner and proactively serves as a “trusted advisor” in digital transformation environmentsMaintains awareness and keeps abreast of the constantly changing technology landscape and IT workforce.Work with sales operations and senior leadership on annual budgeting and quota for region, including quota assignmentPartner with related sales, marketing and support resources in the successful advancement of critical opportunities and market penetrationWork positively with, and influence senior leaders and clients to ensure margin optimization

Operates as a strategic partner and proactively serves as a “trusted advisor” in digital transformation environments

Maintains awareness and keeps abreast of the constantly changing technology landscape and IT workforce.

Work with sales operations and senior leadership on annual budgeting and quota for region, including quota assignment

Partner with related sales, marketing and support resources in the successful advancement of critical opportunities and market penetration

Work positively with, and influence senior leaders and clients to ensure margin optimization

Manage expense priorities and broad-based costs to ensure comprehensive territory coverage

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience leading sales teams in the (IT) education industry is preferred
