Responsabilités

The Order Coordinator is responsible for processing all customer purchase orders accurately and timely ensuring service level agreements are adhered to and all invoices are created within the correct period.

Timely and accurate processing of all customer purchase orders including licencesTimely and accurate processing of all web shop based ordersTimely and accurate processing of all internal stock transfer ordersTimely and accurate creation of all customer invoices in the correct periodProcessing of internal demonstration equipmentProcessing of instrument loan equipmentConverting SAP quotes to sales ordersManage locally sourced Cryogen ordersManage web shop ordersManage demo system ordersManage loan systems/accessory ordersProcess licence requestsProcess repair/returns ordersProcess Cryo Maintenance kit ordersProcess Prodigy Maintenance kit ordersProcess Cold Head Maintenance ordersProcess inter company stock transfer ordersProcess third party purchase ordersCreate all customer SAP invoicesMonitor closely all required documentation is in place for each orderUpdate SFDC tool with SAP order number and required documents informationWork closely with Front office and quotation specialist teamEvery other tasks to improve effectiveness applyBack up support for same functions noted within the job description for other regionsMaintain an excellent working knowledge of Bruker productsOther duties as may be defined which are broadly in line with the duties and objectives above.

Timely and accurate processing of all customer purchase orders including licences

Timely and accurate processing of all web shop based orders

Timely and accurate processing of all internal stock transfer orders

Timely and accurate creation of all customer invoices in the correct period

Processing of internal demonstration equipment

Processing of instrument loan equipment

Converting SAP quotes to sales orders

Manage locally sourced Cryogen orders

Manage web shop orders

Manage demo system orders

Manage loan systems/accessory orders

Process licence requests

Process repair/returns orders

Process Cryo Maintenance kit orders

Process Prodigy Maintenance kit orders

Process Cold Head Maintenance orders

Process inter company stock transfer orders

Process third party purchase orders

Create all customer SAP invoices

Monitor closely all required documentation is in place for each order

Update SFDC tool with SAP order number and required documents information

Work closely with Front office and quotation specialist team

Every other tasks to improve effectiveness apply

Back up support for same functions noted within the job description for other regions

Maintain an excellent working knowledge of Bruker products

Other duties as may be defined which are broadly in line with the duties and objectives above.

Business Administration or relevant field

Experience in the the high technology life science field or NMR

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Current valid driving licence

No visa disqualification from the USA or EU.

Creative thinker with a decision-ready attitude to achieve

Hands on experience with SAP, CRM software SalesForce.com

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Excellent interpersonal communication (both written and oral) skills in local language and English
